Thank you for shopping with Hype Chocolate! We take great care to ensure your order arrives fresh and in perfect condition. Please read our shipping policy below before placing your order.

Processing Time

Please allow 1–7business days for your order to be processed and prepared before it is shipped.

Delivery Timelines

Domestic (Canada): Orders typically arrive within 1–4 weeks of shipping. Depending on your location, your order may arrive as soon as 1–2 business days after dispatch.

International: We ship worldwide. International delivery timelines vary by destination — please allow additional time for customs clearance and local carrier handling.

Local Vancouver Delivery & In-Store Pickup

Local delivery is available within the Vancouver area. You may also pick up your order in person at our flagship store and factory:

We are closed on July 1st and on Indigenous Peoples Day.

Temperature-Sensitive Shipping

During warmer months or temperature-sensitive seasons, we offer special protective packaging to ensure your chocolate arrives in perfect condition. A $50 temperature-sensitive shipping fee applies.

Bulk & Custom Orders

Shipping for bulk and custom orders (minimum 100 units) is quoted individually based on order size, destination, and packaging requirements. The remaining balance — including shipping and handling — is due in full before your order is shipped or available for pickup.
